Cookie Jar / Boxes / Vases : Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth, Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the finish.
When will my order ship?
Order are generally shipped within 3 business days from the date of order.
What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after I just placed my order placed?
If you would like to make a change, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject of the email; Change in Colour/Size. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
100% Customer satisfaction is our priority at Treasured Occasions. Please write to us at email@example.com and we will be happy to replace the order. (Please ensure you email us with high resolution pictures within 24 hours of delivery of the order, else we will not be able to exchange any items)
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns. If you receive the wrong colour or size, we will most definitely send across the appropriate product you had ordered. If the size or colour is no longer in stock, we will offer you store credit to be used within 3 month of issuance.
