Return / Exchange Policy
We shall make all endeavors to deliver defect-free products to the customers. No returns/exchange is entertained unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Treasured Occasions within 24 hours of its receipt via [email protected] with relevant images. Any communication received after 24 hours of delivery shall not qualify for exchange/return. Product Must be returned in original Packing and will only be replaced upon receiving the damaged item. No credit and No refunds.
